Bird Watching in Nepal
Bird watching is one of the interesting and
adventurous program in Nepal.
The Kathmandu valley itself is believed to have 265 species
birds in an around places like Phulchowki. So, we hold our
program in Kathmandu and our special program is in the a
place in the Eastern Region called Koshi Tappu wildlife
reserve whereas it is believed to have 423 species birds.
In addition to that we have also other programs
in various well-known National Parks like Royal Bardia National
park and Chitwan National park, which offer 450 species
of birds, other wildlife like four species of deer, leopard,
sloth bear, wild boar & many other wildlife. The Chitwan
National park is also well known for one horned Rhinoceros
& it is a shelter for few Royal Bengal tigers. Besides
this, Chitwan also supports a great variety of flora &
fauna.

Welcome by our representative
on arrival at the airport and briefing about the program
by our representative at the hotel. |
| Day 02 |
Sightseeing.
Swoyambhunath, Kathmandu city, Patan city. |
| Day 03 |
Sightseeing in Kathmandu.
Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, Bhaktapur. |
| Day 04 |
Drive to Phulchowki which is a good
spot for hiking. It is enriched with different varieties
of Rhododendron, 265 species of birds Godavari, at the
foot of Phulchowki hill where Royal Botanical Garden
is situated, records over 100 species of birds. |
| Day 05 |
Flight to Biratnagar and drive to Koshi
Tappu
Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve offers important habitat
for a variety of wildlife.Visitors can see minimum 100
types of birds in a day. |
| Day 06 |
Koshi Tappu
Koshi Tappu is one of the finest wetlands and fabulous
bird watching area in Asia. We offer you with a full
day bird exploring activities on foot and in boats in
this place. |
| Day 07 |
Drive to Koshi Tappu-Royal Chitwan National
Park.
Chitwan National Park offers 450 species of birds including
four species of deer, leopard, sloth bear, wild boar
& many other wildlife. This park is well known for
one horned Rhinoceros & it is a shelter for few
royal Bengal Tigers. |

Chitwan
A full day Jungle activities consisting Jungle walk,
elephant ride, canoe ride, village visit and explore
the jungle on foot and jeeps for birds viewing. In the
evening enjoy a cultural dance performed by local villagers. |
| Day 09 |
Chitwan
Whole day jungle activities like jungle walk, canoe
ride, bird watching, nature walk etc. |
| Day 10 |
Chitwan - Royal Bardia National Park
With a drive to the Royal Bardia National Park, you
can encounter wilderness area of Terai & different
varieties of wild animals.It has the second largest
tiger population and endangered birds |
| Day 11 |
Bardia.
In order to observe more birds, jungle activities like
elephant-back safari, nature walks, jungle drive, bird
watching and trekking in the Churia Hills is organized
along with overnight in the tented camp. |
| Day 12 |
Bardia.
Jungle activities: Cultural visits to Tharu village,
Gangetic Dolphin viewing, rafting in the Karnali River.
In the evening, Tharu (ethnic tribe) cultural performance. |
| Day 13 |
Bardia-Nepalgunj/flight to Kathmandu.
Drive to Nepalgunj about 2 hours then fly to Kathmandu.
On arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel. |

Freeday in Kathmandu for shopping etc. |
| Day 15 |
Departure to onward destination. |
